Colleagues

I have received a number of calls and e mails from officers, staff and workplace representatives asking me if its true if i  intend to withdraw from this election.

As many of you will be aware i was the first to declare that i would be seeking support to stand in this election and i have received great support from workplaces and branches ,in nominations.

These rumors, are exactly that ,rumours, to endeavour to undermine my campaign, during the nomination period.

The only answer i can give to these  underhanded tactics is to reiterate i am in this election to win .

And will not be withdrawing from the campaign
