Dear Mr Beaumont
You have requested a copy of an enquiry agent report.
We have recently instructed specialist solicitors to consider a
number
of matters. In the course of providing their
advice to us, they have
recommended that we should not
provide this report to you and informed
us that we are
not required to do so under the Data Protection Act 1998.
Accordingly we will not be providing you with a copy.
Yours sincerely
Georgina Hirsch

Subject: Data Protection Request of 16/09/05
I have still not received a copy of the enquiry agent report
about me,
which you commissioned on 5th September
2005.
I made a proper request for such documents under the Data
Protection Act
on
16/09/2005 and
then again on 28/12/2005.
You promised to send me this document on 22 March 2006 (below).
Given the amount of time that this has already taken (207 days
compared
to your statutory obligation of 40 days), if I
do not receive the
information by 22nd April 2006 I will
submit a complaint to the
Information Commissioner's
Office.
